Jessica Lair
Jessica is a Young Woman Representative for the Pacific Southwest District. Her home church is in Peoria, AZ at Apostles Lutheran Church were she serves as Mission Inspiration on her congregation's LWML. She is actively involved in children’s ministry as a Sunday school teacher. In addition, Jessica teaches Language and Reading to junior high students at a local public school where she enjoys being the Yearbook and National Junior Honor SocietyAdvisor.

Amanda Stepanek
Amanda is a member of Mt. View Lutheran Church in Las Vegas, NV, where she serves as the LWML Society President. She met her husband Chad at Concordia University in Seward, NE, and now enjoys staying at home with two daughters, Alison (4) and Eliott (2). She is a Creative Memories Consultant (who presented an Interest Session at the 2008 District Convention in Las Vegas) and a former middle school teacher.
